TokeiLog Software License Agreement Copyright (c) 2025 Yohann Pollonghini 1. GRANT OF LICENSE This is a license agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Yohann Pollonghini ("Developer") for the TokeiLog software product ("Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. The Developer grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. 2. RESTRICTIONS You agree not to, and you will not permit others to: a) license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Software or make the Software available to any third party. b) modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the Software. c) remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of the Developer. 3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS The Software, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of the Developer. 4. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. 5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS OR USE OF THE SOFTWARE. 6. TERMINATION This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or the Developer. The Developer may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice. 7. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Developer resides. By using TokeiLog, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
